Community Manager

Ortigas Center, Pasig City
KDCI is looking for an experienced community manager to join our team. We need a tech-savvy indiviual who is knowledgeable in growing and developing interactive website communities. This position requires someone with great customer service, PR, and online moderation skills.


  • Proactively share content with a defined community of potential clients
  • Expand the community through social networking
  • Finding additional qualified and appropriate contacts within the Community Member Networks
  • Works proactively with the marketing team to optimize the effectiveness of community content inventory Ensure customer feedback is accurately captured and acted upon
  • Ensure all appropriate content sharing messages are in line with the defined Community Manager Guidelines
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns as required


  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Internal Communications is highly desirable
  • Highly competent with LinkedIn Tools sets, such as but not limited to Sales Navigator and Point Drive is preferred but not required
  • Adept in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language is required
