Customer Service Representative (non-voice) with Salesforce

KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are engaged with one of the leading software solutions provider company. We need Customer Service Representative (non-voice) to join our team of Contact Solutions specialists.


  • Responsible for resolving queries of the customers through e-mail and chat within average time.
  • Build customer relationships as part of the sales process.
  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilate quickly to new client processes, programs, etc.


  • Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage.
  • At least a year relevant experience in Customer Service.
  • Adept with using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience in e-Commerce or Software Solutions service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer, Internet and Social Media savvy.
  • Willing to work on any shift
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
