KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are engaged with one of the leading software solutions provider company. We need Customer Service Representative (non-voice) to join our team of Contact Solutions specialists.
Responsible for resolving queries of the customers through e-mail and chat within average time.
Build customer relationships as part of the sales process.
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilate quickly to new client processes, programs, etc.
Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage.
At least a year relevant experience in Customer Service.
Adept with using Salesforce CRM
Experience in e-Commerce or Software Solutions service experience is an advantage but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
