KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are engaged with one of the leading advertising experts in the restaurant industry. We need Customer Service Representative (non-voice) to join our team of Contact Solutions specialists.
Respond to comments and direct messages across all brand social platforms.
Help customers solve issues they may be experiencing quickly and effectively.
Engage with customers that are interacting with digital products, such as websites, apps, or social messenger and facilitating customer needs.
Manage customer expectations with clear and timely communication.
Enhance customer experience with surprise and delight opportunities.
Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage.
Experience in leading a team is a plus.
At least a year relevant experience in Customer Service.
Experience in e-Commerce, Online Retail and/or Catalog Retailer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
