Data Entry Specialist

Ortigas Center, Pasig City
KDCI Outsourcing provides design, development, back-office, and related services. We are currently in need of a data entry specialist to join our team. You will be responsible in preparing, formatting and sorting data for system entry. You must be able to ensure efficiency and accuracy.


  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Encodes necessary data given in a complete, accurate and organized manner that is necessary to the needs of the company or client


  • Degree in any related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, oral or written
  • Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Related experience is an advantage, at least 45wpm typing speed
  • Must be knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel)
  • Must be an internet savvy, responsible and can work with minimum supervision
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
