Answer sizeable volumes of customer queries related to the client’s services through chat and email promptly.
Establish rapport with customers as an inextricable sales process.
Hold yourself accountable and manage processes involving customers.
Stay updated with related information and apply them for the betterment of client processes.
A college degree in any relevant course is a plus.
Relevant experience in Customer Services such as chat and email support.
Good sense for measuring call disposition.
Knowledge in eCommerce, Online Retail or Catalog Retailer Services is a plus.
Excellent communication skills through verbal and written means.
Adept at using a computer, the internet, and social media.
Must be willing to work on a night shift.
The applicant must be ready to work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
