Email Customer Support Specialists

KDCI Outsourcing provides design, development, back-office, and related services. We are need Email Customer Support Specialists to join our lean but mean team of Contact Solutions experts.


  • Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through e-mail and chat within average time

  • Build customer relationships as part of the sales process

  • Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues

  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new client processes, programs, etc.


  • Degree in any relevant course is a plus

  • Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage

  • At least a year relevant experience in Customer Service

  • Excellent phone disposition is a plus

  • Experience in e-Commerce, Online Retail and/or Catalog Retailer service experience is an advantage but not required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Computer, Internet and Social Media savvy

  • Must be willing to work on a night shift

  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
