  • Assists with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support to HR.
  • Assists in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Compiles and updates employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assists in the entire recruitment process.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.


  • Can multitask and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in a recruitment firm is an advantage but not required.
  • Adept with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Savvy with using the web, e-mail, and social media.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality with respect to sensitive information.
  • Must be able to communicate within the different levels of the organization.
  • Must be flexible with varying work schedules.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
