Outbound Financial Service Representative

KDCI is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services to the web and mobile spaces. We are engaged mostly with US and European clients, and are involved in various cutting-edge e-commerce and other exciting social media projects

We are currently in need of an Outbound Financial Service Representative to join our lean but mean team of Contact Solutions experts.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Contact potential customers via outbound telephone call

  • Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communications techniques

  • Must have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize

  • Has an excellent phone disposition

  • Above average communication skills, both verbal and written

  • At least 1 year relevant experience handling a financial account

  • Experience in handling a UK-based account is an advantage

  • Must be willing to work on mid-shift/UK work schedule
