Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

  • Reviews deliverable prepared by team before passing to client

  • Effectively applies company’s methodology and enforces project standards

  • Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately

  • Facilitates team and client meeting effectively

  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to the project stakeholders

  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

  • Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures


Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of web development life cycle models

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing web development projects using Agile methodologies

  • At least 3 years experience of Project Management

  • Relevant experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies

  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals

  • Amenable to any working schedule
