KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a sales development representative who will build a strong sales pipeline with a steady flow of qualified leads by setting up meetings for account executives. The expected activity level for this position is 30 calls per day. You will be measured by your handoff of qualified leads to account executives and additionally compensated on closed business. This role comes with opportunities to grow into greater levels of responsibility as we grow out our sales team.
Reach out to prospects via outbound calls, email, social and other direct response channels with the goal of setting an appointment with the prospect for an account executive.
Effectively communicate the value of our services by showing a deep understanding of prospects’ business challenges and presenting KDCI as a compelling solution.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of KDCI’s service offerings, and unique value propositions in contrast to our competitors.
Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning and scheduling around time zones and ideal time frames to call prospects.
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM, including the next steps on the follow-up strategy.
Collaborate with lead generation specialists and account executives to develop better targeting, communication strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
Work with account executives to nurture prospects that turn cold.
Provide lead quality feedback to help lead generation specialists improve their targeting and marketing personas.
Over time, develop sales best practices and build out the SDR playbook.
2+ years of professional work experience in sales or lead generation with an emphasis in appointment setting
Outgoing, high-energy, and enjoys having engaging conversations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent listening skills
CRM experience highly preferred but not required
Proven ability to consistently meet or beat assigned goals
Amenable to work on graveyard shifts and Saturdays
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
