Sales Executive

KDCI is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, customer care and related services to organizations in various industries. We work with clients in North America, Europe, Australia, and other parts of the world. We are involved in web and mobile technologies, e-commerce, and other exciting projects.

We are looking for individuals to join our Sales Team and become an integral part in driving the growth of the company. We want the best of the best - creative, motivated, passionate individuals who want to be part of our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Suggest and implement industry penetration strategies in order to generate more leads for the business

  • Identify new business opportunities through research and networking

  • Establish project feasibility by comparing the requirements of the prospect and the capabilities of the company

  • Recommend service improvements based on research and feedback from existing clients

  • Oversees the sales process from prospecting to closing

  • Formulate strategies on verticals and businesses to target

  • Create and maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients

  • Cultivate and grow existing accounts

  • Follow through on business arrangements to assure that deliverables are met in a concise and timely manner

  • Work with the management and the team to maximize business efficiency and drive profit


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Sales Experience, particularly in Offshore Services

  • Strong relationship creation, building and cultivation skills

  • Solid aptitude for account management and follow through

  • Established network of relationships is a big plus
