KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Web/Mobile Optimization Specialist to work hand in hand with our top client in the e-commerce industry. If you're passionate about the web & e-commerce and are skilled at improving and optimizing sales conversions then we'd love to work with you.
Provides regular analysis and reporting on online store performance, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations on order conversion optimizations
Analyze datasets related to online commerce such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SAP, ClickTale to derive tactical insights and recommendations to increase store conversion & work with various stakeholders to implement the proposed marketing activities.
Assist with A/B or multivariate testing through Adobe Target on activities that increase conversion of the online store.
Collaborates on the development and implements the user contact strategy for building a loyal Epson consumer franchise.
Audience segmentation for online shoppers, develop marketing campaigns and triggering marketing activation across multiple channels.
Provide direction and guidance on site and mobile improvements to maximize sales conversion.
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer sciences, information management or another quantitative field.
3+ year experience in an online optimization testing role
Must be articulate and communicate well with US-based clients
