Multimedia Designer, Hybrid, Day Shift

Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is searching for a gifted Multimedia Designer to craft compelling visual and audio narratives for our wide-ranging clientele. This crucial position requires not only an impeccable grasp of multimedia design principles but also the adaptability to work across various platforms, from video to interactive web content, ensuring the creation and delivery of standout, high-caliber work.

Responsibilities

• Seamlessly edit video pieces, ensuring an uninterrupted and natural viewing experience for the audience
• Arrange footage segments into a cohesive video narrative
• Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and special effects to enhance the video's impact
• Produce both preliminary (rough) and finalized video cuts
• Ensure videos have a logical flow and seamless transitions for optimal viewing
• Engage with team members throughout the entire production lifecycle, from initial concepts to post-production delivery
• Stay updated with emerging editing technologies and adhere to industry best practices, always aiming to elevate the efficiency and quality of work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, film studies, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year in a multimedia role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and other essential multimedia tools
• Comprehensive understanding of timing, motivation, continuity, and the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Skilled in video, audio, animation, and interactive content creation
• Familiarity with web design principles and related software/platforms is a plus.
• Experience with special effects, 3D modeling, and compositing is a plus.
• Possesses a creative mindset, storytelling aptitude
