Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Ecommerce Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with order placement, refunds, and exchanges. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and resolving issues related to lost or damaged packages. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and a background in accounting.Role Overview:As our Design Lead, your role will be instrumental in shaping the creative vision for a variety of projects. You will demonstrate your expertise in web and graphic design, combining technical skills with a keen aesthetic sense to deliver designs that inspire and engage.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the inbox and promptly respond to all customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer relationships by promptly responding to inquiries and documenting actions taken.
  • Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
  • Assist customers with the placement of orders, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Stay up to date with the customer service requirements of the e-commerce platform and adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the client.
  • Handle open claims with all clients for lost and/or damaged packages.
  • Find resolutions for suspended or blocked listings/brands and facilitate their reactivation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • 1 year of accounting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage.
  • Experience in e-commerce, online retail, and/or catalog retailer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Advance proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with various e-commerce tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to work on any schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to work in a temporary work-from-home setup
  • Willingness to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
