KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a talented Design Lead in Web & Graphic Design to help promote innovation, transforming ideas into reality for our diverse clientele. This pivotal role not only demands an excellent understanding of design principles but also the capacity to manage a team and projects, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design team, directing the development of creative and effective design solutions for a variety of web and graphic design endeavors.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaborations with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent design execution across all platforms.
• Engineer a robust visual design system and style guide tailored to each client's unique project requirements.
• Actively engage in user research and utilize findings to inform the creation of user-centric designs.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence within the design team by mentoring team members and providing constructive feedback to spur growth and creativity.
• Demonstrate exemplary project management skills by concurrently overseeing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery even in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, supplemented by at least 7 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
• Demonstrates proven leadership experience, having spent at least 3 years guiding a design team.
• Possesses proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Showcases a comprehensive portfolio that highlights skills in web and graphic design, user-centered design, and visual storytelling.
• Exhibits an excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, web standards, and responsive design along with strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

• Embraces the role of a creative innovator and a strong leader who is meticulous in design and passionate about balancing creativity with business and client objectives.
