AI & Automation Lead, Hybrid, Day Shift

Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking forward-thinking AI & Automation Lead to champion the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation solutions across the organization. This strategic role will identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration, lead solution design and deployment, and drive process innovation to boost operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business processes that can benefit from AI and automation.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions and intelligent workflows.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership in selecting, customizing, and integrating AI/ML tools, APIs, and platforms.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of solutions through robust testing, validation, and continuous optimization.
• Monitor system performance and recommend iterative improvements to AI models and automation processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, implementation guides, and training resources.
• Foster a culture of innovation by promoting AI/automation best practices and staying current with emerging technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation solution delivery, ideally within a digital operations environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms (AWS AI/ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI).
• Demonstrated ability to deploy, monitor, and improve ML models and intelligent automation pipelines.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement and workflow design methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
