Job Overview
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, recommend, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency across client operations. This role focuses on analyzing client service models, identifying automation opportunities, and building AI-powered workflows and agents with appropriate human oversight. The ideal candidate is analytical, automation-focused, and capable of translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Analysis and Solution Design
- Analyze client workflows, service models, and operational processes to identify automation opportunities
- Understand client environments, tools, and requirements to recommend appropriate AI solutions
- Design automation approaches that balance operational efficiency with necessary human oversight
AI Tools and Automation Development
- Recommend and implement AI tools, platforms, and agents based on business requirements
- Build and configure automation workflows to streamline repetitive and manual tasks
- Develop AI-assisted processes for operations, customer support, and internal workflows
Integration and Implementation
- Support integration of AI solutions into client systems and operational environments
- Ensure smooth adoption of automation tools across teams and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deploy and maintain automation solutions
Optimization and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor AI solution performance and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy
- Identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and industry trends
Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business goals
- Provide support during implementation and user adoption phases
- Document workflows, processes, and automation solutions clearly and accurately
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in automation, process improvement, AI-related roles, or relevant projects
- Basic to intermediate understanding of workflow automation and operational processes
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with automation tools or platforms including Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar solutions
- Ability to analyze workflows and support automation implementation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage tasks independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
