Responsibilities

• Focuses on categorizing and attributing high quality product listings specific to each marketplace channel to increase traffic and ranking across all channels.
• Manages an efficient and effective enrichment workflow by adhering to category style guide standards and researching product information, to launch items as quickly as possible, in alignment with team priorities.
• Uploads accurate attributes and item details to ensure items are launched on all channels without issues or errors.
• Finds solutions to increase productivity and improve workflow to eliminate backlog and stay up to date with incoming SKUs.
• Understands marketplace-specific product content needs, requirements, attributes, and product categorization via collaboration with the Content, Marketplace, and Listing Health teams.
• Become an expert and have a deep understanding of each Marketplaces algorithm and how to categorize and attribute product listings to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
• Coordinate and improve the categorization and attribution processes across all tools within the listing process.

Requirements

• Must have a strong understanding and passion for ecommerce
• Preferably have experience in writing product descriptions
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• Highly proficient at Excel
• High sense of urgency to spend the extra time needed to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of our processes and communication
• Willing to work ASAP.
• Willing to work on any shift.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City (temporary WFH set up).
