Job Overview
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Specialist or Manager to support the business on a part-time consultancy basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing compliance across Philippine and U.S. regulatory frameworks, with a focus on labor laws, PEZA/BOI documentation, and tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will serve as a key advisor to ensure all corporate practices remain aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. This is a remote-first opportunity with minimal in-person alignment (1–2x per month), ideal for professionals seeking flexible work while maintaining a strategic role in a growing organization.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct corporate compliance checks and identify areas for improvement
• Review and update internal documentation, policies, and compliance procedures
• Provide guidance on PEZA/BOI processes, labor regulation compliance, and tax documentation
• Advise on cross-border compliance matters involving both Philippine and U.S. regulations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely filings and documentation
• Monitor and communicate regulatory updates that could impact business operations
Job Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal advisory, or a related field
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements; exposure to U.S. compliance is a plus
• Strong background in labor law, tax compliance, PEZA/BOI processes, or corporate registration
• Proven ability to work independently, provide structured output, and offer clear guidance
• Open to consultants, freelancers, or professionals with existing client engagements
