Creative and Development Lead

Are you a creative mastermind with the power to inspire and guide budding graphic designers, including those with no experience, to become great? If so, we have the perfect role for you! KDCI, a leading provider of digital solutions, is looking for a Creative Development Lead to join our team on-site and help us take our creative game to the next level. As a Creative Development Lead, you'll be responsible for nurturing and training newly hired graphic designers, as well as providing guidance and feedback on their work. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program to help new designers, regardless of their previous experience, develop the skills they need to become great designers.

You'll be a key player in shaping our team's culture of innovation and creativity, as well as our overall approach to design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to help new designers, including those with no experience, develop the skills they need to become great designers.
• Inspire and guide newly hired graphic designers through creative projects and tasks.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help designers improve their work
• Collaborate with other creative leads to develop and implement innovative design solutions.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to optimize our design workflow
• Support the growth and development of junior team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a design-related role
• Great positive attitude & Energy to inspire a team
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring.
• Proven ability to inspire creativity and innovation in others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment is a plus.
