Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a CRM Specialist to support the management, optimization, and day-to-day operations of CRM systems. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting campaign execution, and assisting with reporting and automation to improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on CRM experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support both operational tasks and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management and Maintenance
- Maintain and update records within the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Manage pipelines, properties, user access, and basic system configurations
- Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain CRM health and reliability
Reporting and Dashboards
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
- Ensure data integrity across reports used by Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Assist in analyzing CRM data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
Campaign and Workflow Support
- Support the setup and execution of campaigns within the CRM platform
- Assist in building workflows, automation, and lead routing processes
- Ensure proper tagging, tracking, segmentation, and lifecycle management of contacts
User Support and Coordination
- Provide support to users on CRM functionality, usage, and best practices
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM updates and enhancements
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in CRM processes and recommend improvements
- Support the documentation of workflows, procedures, and system guidelines
- Assist in driving CRM adoption and process standardization across teams
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or sales operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Experience working with data management, reporting, and CRM workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data accurately
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation, lead scoring, or customer lifecycle management
- Familiarity with integrations and connected tools such as email marketing and analytics platforms
- Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business environments
