Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Customer Service Agent to manage customer inquiries across different channels and assist in improving our customer service processes. We appreciate good record-keeping, timely responses, and efficient problem-solving. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. Fresh graduates and those looking to shift careers are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Undergo on-site training to develop customer service skills
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in an efficient and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in customer service
• Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent listening and empathy skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus
