Customer Service Training Specialist

Hey there! Are you a rockstar communicator who loves helping others succeed? We're looking for a Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team at KDCI Outsourcing. As our Training Specialist, you'll help new hires with little to no experience in customer service develop the skills they need to provide top-notch service to our clients. We're looking for someone who can make training engaging, fun, and effective!

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, fun, and effective.
• Work with department heads to identify training needs and create targeted training programs that address those needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to new hires to ensure they have the skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with our HR team to implement best practices in training and development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest training and development trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a training role (customer service experience is a plus!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software
• Must be available to work onsite at our corporate office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
