Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is in search of a visionary Vice President of Marketing with a deep understanding of the BPO landscape. The VP of Marketing will be instrumental in crafting our marketing strategies, driving revenue acceleration, and steering a team of marketing experts. Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a robust marketing strategy to achieve business goals and grow revenue
• Lead a dynamic marketing team, emphasizing teamwork, innovation, and peak performance
• Partner with executives to shape the brand's identity, value, and target audience; address any operational challenges
• Oversee diverse marketing campaigns and drive customer acquisition through effective lead and conversion strategies
• Monitor marketing metrics, manage budgets for optimal ROI, and stay updated with industry innovations
• Foster strong ties with stakeholders, supervise key marketing events, and collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's in marketing or business; Master's degree is preferred
• 8-10 years as a senior marketing leader with a knack for crafting impactful strategies
• Proficient in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics
• Proven success in launching integrated campaigns that bolster business outcomes
• Stellar leadership with a history of nurturing top-tier teams; exceptional communication skills
• Analytical, data-centric decision-making; familiarity with outsourcing or IT services beneficial
