E - Commerce Accounting Clerk - Hybrid

Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is a global provider of eCommerce services for startups and established companies. Wehelp our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for productinformation management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digitalmarketing.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the inbox and responding to all customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries and documenting actions.
• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds and/or exchanges.
• Up to date on the eCommerce platform’s customer service requirements following the rules & guidelines set by the client.
• Handles open claims with all clients, for all lost and/or damaged packages.
• Find a resolution on listings/brands that have been suspended or blocked and have them reactivated.

Requirements

• Candidate with Customer Service experience of at least 1 year
• 1 year Accounting experience is preferred
• Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage.
• Experience in e-Commerce, Online Retail and/or Catalog Retailer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Advance knowledge of Excel
• Knowledgeable in various eCommerce tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Amenable to any work schedule
• Amenable to a Temporary Work from Home Setup
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
