Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an experienced eCommerce Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating eCommerce projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

The eCommerce Project Coordinator will work with internal and external creative and syndication teams, content assets, retailer platforms and development teams. This role will be responsible for multiple small, end-to-end, full life-cycle projects to support senior-level eCommerce leaders to increase speed to market and execute on all initiatives, while ensuring a high-end customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (remote), gathering requirements and scoping new and existing e-commerce initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects via effective prioritization, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration, clarifying the priority of new requests and defining potential risks and issues.
  • Facilitate information flow between teams, producing written status updates and presentations that explain accomplishments, goals, milestones, and challenges.
  • Support Content Syndication team tasks from ticket creation to go live. Support ongoing content updates, maintenance and execute new product launches.
  • Drive and communicate the delivery of eCommerce content projects, handling incoming requests/questions and routing appropriately to the correct people.
  • Report on overall team performance on meeting delivery dates and project milestones and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ability to get things done and drive projects to completion
  • Digital savvy with a focus on consumer outcomes
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of business process improvement, reporting, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic project management and Excel skills
  • Fundamental understanding of the Agile method
  • Experience using Monday.com and common project management tools (Jira, Confluence) a plus
  • Experience with enterprise eCommerce, or Retailer.com (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) a plus
  • 2+ years of experience working on digital projects with eCommerce
  • 1+ years experience working with executive management stakeholders
