Email Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is currently seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, list management, and segmentation, as well as a proven track record of improving delivery rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain email marketing lists, including segmentation, personalization, and cleaning of email data.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including the design, content, and scheduling of emails.
• Optimize email deliverability and engagement rates through A/B testing, list management, and other tactics.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that email campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest email marketing trends and technologies to ensure our campaigns are best in class.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute email marketing strategies that support business objectives.
• Ensure all email campaigns adhere to legal and ethical standards and comply with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and list management
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and optimization techniques
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
