French Digital Marketing Product Assistant (Hybrid)

Job Description

KDCI is seeking a Digital Marketing Product Assistant to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Product Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Product Manager in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our clients' products. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and the ongoing promotion of existing products.

Responsibilities

• Manage website content through CMS platform
• Audit and test product websites to identify and solve bugs and issues
• Document processes and changes
• Suggest improvements on website usability and user experience
• Support customer service team updating processes, content and QA
• Participate to the reporting & monitoring on campaigns

Requirements

• Fluent in English – mandatory; French desirable
• A keen interested in digital marketing, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and the use of digital resources (CMS, Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent attention to detail, accurate and organized
• Be comfortable working with deadlines and manage different tasks at the same time
• Be proactive and responsible
• An enthusiastic and bright individual
