Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to serve as the go-to expert for all things HubSpot. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM system to ensure data integrity, improve system usage, and support cross-functional teams.
The HubSpot CRM Administrator will oversee workflows, reporting, automation, and CRM best practices to drive adoption and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM
- Manage user permissions, team settings, pipelines, properties, and integrations
- Design, build, and maintain scalable workflows, sequences, automation, and lead scoring models
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements
- Train and support users across departments to improve CRM adoption and efficiency
- Maintain data hygiene and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage support tickets, and coordinate with HubSpot support when needed
- Monitor system usage trends and recommend process improvements or feature enhancements
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer operations, sales operations, contract administration, or subscription management, preferably within a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across CRM and reporting processes
- Proficiency working with CRM and subscription tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Maxio, Chargebee, or Zuora
- Comfortable interpreting and tracking commercial contracts and billing terms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
