Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Junior AI Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day content operations focused on AI-related content, tools, and industry trends. This role is responsible for researching emerging AI topics, producing short-form video content, and managing content publishing across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in artificial intelligence, digital content, and social media operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with opportunities for growth as content operations expand across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Content Discovery
- Research trending AI tools, platforms, and industry news to identify content opportunities
- Cross-check content trackers to avoid duplicate topics and maintain content organization
- Assist in writing and reviewing scripts, captions, and content briefs
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends and developments relevant to target audiences
Video Asset Production
- Produce short-form video content, including clipping, trimming, voiceover integration, and basic editing
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, OpusClip, Canva, or similar platforms
- Organize and maintain content assets using established file naming conventions and folder structures
- Ensure content assets are prepared and optimized for publishing
Social Media Publishing and Management
- Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels
- Adapt captions, hashtags, and formatting according to platform-specific requirements
- Maintain publishing schedules and prevent duplicate uploads
- Support consistent content distribution across all channels
Analytics and Quality Assurance
- Monitor content performance and identify underperforming formats, topics, or campaigns
- Conduct quality checks on scripts, captions, visuals, audio, and final content assets before publishing
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and content performance
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and publishing standards
Process and Tracker Maintenance
- Maintain accurate content trackers, CSV files, upload logs, and asset databases
- Document workflow updates, platform-specific requirements, and process improvements
- Support ongoing content operations through organized recordkeeping and reporting
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
- Familiarity with AI and large language model tools, with a strong interest in the AI industry
- Basic video editing skills including clipping, trimming, and simple content assembly
- Comfortable working with multiple tools, platforms, and workflows simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage trackers, schedules, and formatting requirements accurately
- Clear written English communication skills for scriptwriting, captions, and content documentation
- Basic spreadsheet and CSV management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Nice to Have
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Blotato, or similar platforms
- Understanding of short-form video best practices for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Experience using AI content generation tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or OpusClip
- Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing roles
