Junior Project Manager

Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is a global provider of eCommerce services for startups and established companies. We help our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for product information management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and compliant with the scope and budget.
• Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams.
• Help in creating and maintaining detailed project plans for maximum productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to efficiently solve problems and brainstorm solutions.
• Identifies risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the project, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate
• Coordinate tasks, assign appropriate resources, and ensure proper task completion.
• Oversee deviations in project scope and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed by the supervisors.
• Controls quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation and enhances deliverables as needed.
• Ensure the compliance of the process to best practices and stay updated with the latest news and technology.
• Assist in applying lessons learned from previous projects to improve constantly and share findings with other project management team members for growth.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any related field.
• 1-2 year/s of operations management experience.
• Experience working with project management tools.
• Experience coordinating, encouraging and motivating internal teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills through verbal and written means.
• The applicant must be ready to work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
