Responsibilities:
Maintenance Coordination
- Track, manage, and follow up on maintenance service requests.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with vendors and property managers.
- Provide timely updates and ensure follow-through until task completion.
- Support the Maintenance Manager by preparing reports and handling escalations.
Administrative Support
- Assist with documentation, data entry, file organization, and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator within a property management company.
- Hands-on experience working with property managers, vendors, and tenants.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English and confident in speaking with US-based stakeholders.
- Ability to understand workflows and contribute to project management processes.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of initiative, reliability, and loyalty.
- Team-oriented with a long-term mindset and a desire to contribute meaningfully over time.
- Experience with Maintenance IQ (Yardi) or other property management tools is a plus.
