Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and documentation of a comprehensive test suite.
- Develop and document application test plans based on requirements and technical specifications.
- Create, manage and maintain test requirements, test cases, test artifacts, project cycle and component information.
- Initiate and/or support test execution, test suite creation, test execution status capture, bug tracking and defect management.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related field
- At least 3 years solid experience in web and mobile testing.
- Experience in Test Automation is an advantage but not required.
- Experience in QA Testing Tools such as but not limited to Selenium, BrowserStack, Responsinator, Smoke Testing and ADA Compliance Testing.
- Experience in using Test Management Tools such as but not limited to JIRA, Testpad, Bugzilla, Qase and Redmine.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript a plus.
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
- Amenable to work on any schedule.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center Pasig City. (Temporary WFH Set-up)

Job Description
KDCI Outsourcing is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Ecommerce Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with order placement, refunds, and exchanges. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and resolving issues related to lost or damaged packages. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and a background in accounting.
Role Overview:
As our Design Lead, your role will be instrumental in shaping the creative vision for a variety of projects. You will demonstrate your expertise in web and graphic design, combining technical skills with a keen aesthetic sense to deliver designs that inspire and engage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design team to deliver creative, effective design solutions for web and graphic design projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on design execution, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Develop a comprehensive visual design system and style guide for clients' projects.
- Participate in user research and integrate findings into user-centric designs.
- Foster talent within the design team through mentoring and constructive feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, or any related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in web and graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing your skills in web and graphic design, visual storytelling, and user-centered design.
- Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, web standards, and responsive design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
