KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a creative and highly organized Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role focuses on producing engaging graphic and video content across digital platforms to support brand consistency and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has proven experience in both graphic design and video editing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media, email campaigns, web banners, presentations, and print collateral

• Edit and produce videos for marketing, internal communications, and advertising

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts aligned with campaign goals

• Maintain an organized digital asset library for design and video files

• Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and visual standards

• Create reusable templates and layouts for recurring content needs

• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

• Manage project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the team

• Support other creative tasks such as basic animation, copywriting, image resizing, and post scheduling

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, ideally in a marketing or agency environment

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing work

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work setting

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing practices

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation

• Basic knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Squarespace)

• Understanding of marketing funnels and content strategy
