Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Multimedia Designer with expertise in graphic design, animation, and video editing to create visually engaging digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of producing designs and multimedia assets that align with brand objectives and elevate visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, animations, and videos for digital and social media platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute creative visual ideas that align with project briefs and brand guidelines.
• Edit video content, apply visual effects, and enhance overall production quality.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visual materials.
• Maintain organized design assets and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Stay updated on design and motion trends to continuously improve creative output.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, animation, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong creative and technical skills with attention to visual detail and storytelling.
• Experience working in a BPO, creative, or advertising agency environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
