Paid Media Specialist, Hybrid

Job Summary:

As a Paid Media Specialist at KDCI Outsourcing, you will support the client’s global marketing efforts by executing data-driven paid social campaigns across key markets. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll manage campaign development, optimization, and reporting to ensure performance aligns with marketing goals. This role requires strong attention to detail, budget management skills, and a passion for staying up to date with paid social best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic, global paid social campaigns that support the approved global themes for the client’s entire product portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively with global marketing teams and 3rd party creative agency(ies) to develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for key markets through a/b testing, bidding optimizations, automation, budget management, and competitor analysis.  
  • Assist with tracking, measuring, and reporting performance of Paid Social campaigns, and assess against marketing and business goals.
  • Utilize internal tools to put relevant processes and tracking in place in order to evaluate campaign success.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager on the upkeep of the campaign spending, ensuring each campaign stays on budget.
  • Stay up to date on learning paid social best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in B2B marketing with a focus on paid social and campaign development, execution, and measurement in a corporate environment.
  • Recent experience within a similar industry, initiating and supporting digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or proven equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of paid social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, and X)
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing automation systems (ideally Pardot)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com)
  • Basic knowledge and experience using a CMS.
  • Ability to plan and execute multiple paid social campaigns that align with the brand and generate engagement.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills across departments, hierarchy, and within a global organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing topics.
  • Self-motivated and committed, Organized and focused, High attention to detail.
  • Love learning and developing new skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of the education technology sector are welcome.
  • Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
