Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an experiencedPayroll Specialist to join our growing team. The Payroll Specialist will beresponsible for processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliancewith mandatory government taxes regulations and handling all related payrollqueries.


  • Gather information on hours worked for each employee.
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
  • Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
  • Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks.
  • Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.
  • Process taxes and payment of employee benefits.
  • Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
  • Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
  • Administration and generation of Payroll, Final Pay and Reports, Tax filing for the employees.
  • Process, manage and handles remittances of mandatory government contributions (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and BIR).
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and execute payroll payouts through manual and electronic systems.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals as required.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the payroll processing and replying to queries.
  • Previous experience working in a BPO/Shared Service company is a plus.
  • Knowledge and Familiarity in HRIS system, preferably Sprout.
  • Has knowledge of payroll fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good relationship skills and team spirit.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Can work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Candidate can work with minimal supervision.
  • Has high standards for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas.
  • Willing to work on Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Can start ASAP.
