Product Copywriter

Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a skilled Product Copywriter to create and maintain product descriptions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, crucial for analyzing product data, and expertise to ensure consistency across all product data management platforms. A deep understanding of product narratives and the ability to craft engaging content is vital, guaranteeing customers receive accurate and captivating product information.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling copy/ product descriptions for diverse ecommerce platforms and websites
• Proofread and tailor content to client's preferred tone and style
• Manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of product details, including SKUs and costs
• Develop strategies for listing enhancements to spotlight key products/categories
• Stay informed on company, client, product updates, and handle other supervisor-assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Must have a strong understanding and passion for ecommerce
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and product data management systems
• Mastery of MS Excel; familiarity with other CRM tools is a plus.
• Takes a proactive approach at work, committed to timeliness and ensuring precision and efficiency in our processes and communication

• Option 1: On-site - Work 3 days in Ortigas office / 2 days remote (Earn 20% More!)
• Option 2: Remote - Work from anywhere in the Philippines
• 2 Department: Back office
• 3 Work Schedule: 5-day work week, shifting schedule (day, mid, night)
