QA Specialist - Graphic Design

Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is a global provider of eCommerce services for startups and established companies. We help our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for product information management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Master the clients' brand guidelines.
• Reviews and verifies project/task briefs to ensure completeness and clarity.
• Analyzes and reviews design outputs to ensure brand guidelines compliance prior to submission.
• Notifies team member / designer if the design appears to have an error, inaccurate or incomplete.
• Compiles and submits daily QA reports to the Management.
• Develops insights and make recommendations to the Management on areas for optimization.
• Attends meetings and trainings as required.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of related design experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has a strong attention to detail.
• Has an interest in the industry and social trends.
• Must be flexible and willing to work extended hours.
