Quoting Specialist (Hybrid) - Open to Davao-based Applicants

Job Description

We are looking for a Quoting Specialist to create long-term, trusting relationshipsinternally timely and accurate servicing of our client quoting needs. The Quoting Specialist will work closely with the Account Managers, Account Executives, and internal teams to create customer quotes, and related support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creating quote opportunities and processing quotes for hardware and software within Connectwise Quosal and Salesforce platforms.
• Providing internal stakeholders with updates on assigned tasks.
• Requesting information for lead times/stock levels/material holds from OEM and distribution partners.
• Working with internal Partner Support Team on deal registrations and pre-sales tasks.
• Developing positive working relationship with assigned internal stakeholders.
• Follows up promptly on quotations and modifies quotes as necessary.
• Any other assigned duties and tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an outsourcing or service-based industry
• Mathematical skills with the ability to perform basic calculations accurately and quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Willing to work in a hybrid set up
• Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig
