Returns Coordinator (Hybrid)

Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Returns Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in handling returns, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail. They will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages RMA requests from start to finish with either internal teams or with the client directly.
• Review new cases to confirm the request has all relevant details including the order number, serial numbers and pictures.
• Open tickets with vendors / manufacturers either via phone, email , or chat
• Review return instructions and coordinate shipping gear to and from the client or vendor / manufacturer.
• Liaison between client, internal teams , and the vendor / manufacturer.
• Creates necessary paperwork for returns to be received and processed with Net Suite
• Connect with the IC Team to ensure the return is processed within the approval period by the vendor / manufacturer.
• Update existing training documents and Sharepoint when new information is provided.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Returns Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in handling returns and exchanges
• Familiarity with common computer programs and databases
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
• Willing to work in a hybrid set up
• Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig
