Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to provide excellent administrative support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate client data, coordinating communication between our sales representatives and clients, and assisting with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in our CRM system.
  • Assist with creating and updating Purchase orders; Process FBA orders.
  • Will be responsible in creating Sell sheets and invoices.
  • Purchase never purchase links.
  • Review and Issue RA’s
  • Following up emails externally; Sending internal follow-up emails and requests.
  • Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients, including scheduling meetings and calls.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients and provide sales representatives with relevant information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and organizing sales materials.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve sales processes.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Candidate can Multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused and committed to providing excellent service.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on US time.
  • Willing to work in Hybrid set-up.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig city.
