Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is a global provider of eCommerce services for startups and established companies. We help our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for product information management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Revise metadata to validate and make it relevant.
• Upload tags, images, metadata, and other files with accuracy.
• Write effective product descriptions.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Give attentive care to your teammates.
• Provide feedback and insight to both supervisors and clients.

Requirements

• A degree in Creative Writing, Communications, or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino; both written and oral.
• The applicant must be organized and detail-oriented among other skills.
• Intermediate content management and writing experiences.
• Ability to streamline collaborations in a group setting.
• Interests in tech and working with minimal supervision.
• The applicant must be ready to work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
