Senior Multimedia Designer

Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to handle multimedia projects for our varied clientele. This role requires a solid understanding of multimedia design techniques and the ability to work across different platforms, from animations to web interfaces, ensuring consistent and quality output.

Responsibilities

• Create and conceptualize visual materials, from initial drafts to finalized designs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Seamlessly integrate footage, ensuring a cohesive narrative, enhanced by music, dialogues, graphics, and special effects
• Produce both preliminary and finalized cuts, ensuring logical flow and seamless transitions for an optimal viewing experience
• Work closely with clients, other content creators, and other departments to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns
• Juggle multiple design projects; effectively manage timelines, resources, and feedback loops
• Research and stay updated of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the delivery of contemporary and competitive designs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, film studies, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years experience working in a multimedia role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other essential multimedia tools
• Comprehensive understanding of timing, motivation, continuity, and the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Skilled in video, audio, animation, and interactive content creation
• Familiarity with web design principles and related software/platforms is a plus
• Experience with special effects, 3D modeling, and compositing is a plus.
• Possesses a creative mindset, storytelling aptitude, and openness to work different shifts
