Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a results-driven and innovative Vice President of Sales with extensive BPO industry experience. The VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and leading our sales team. Responsibilities

• Drive strategic plans to hit sales goals and grow our client base in the BPO industry
• Communicate KDCI's value through compelling proposals and presentations.
• Pursue new sales avenues via business development, networking, and social media
• Lead the sales team to surpass targets while nurturing client relationships
• Collaborate with executive peers to align sales tactics with company goals
• Engage in industry events, monitor market trends, and track competitors

Requirements

• Bachelor's in business or marketing; MBA is a plus
• Over 10 years in sales, 5+ in leadership, ideally in the outsourcing industry
• Demonstrated success in BPO sales and customer growth
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in strategy development and understanding BPO market trends
• Willing to travel required, and adept at fostering client relationships across organizational levels
