Web Developer (Shopify)

Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is a global provider of eCommerce services for startups and established companies. We help our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for product information management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Development of a website via an open source, PHP-based clone with advanced levels of customization.
• Resolution of open bugs and tickets.
• Maintain project database and core product software.
• Touch base with the Project Manager to ensure requirements are understood.
• Create User and Software documentation post-launch.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or any related field.
• Proficiency in PHP.
• Knowledgeable in HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery development.
• Experience in any PHP Frameworks such as Zend, Symfony, CodeIgniter is a plus.
• Experience implementing standards-based websites built for accessibility, SEO and interactivity is a plus.
• Experienced in all facets of the Shopify platform, must be able to install and customize themes depending on the client needs
• Experience in leveraging CMS platforms including WordPress.
• Experience integrating with a variety of CMS solutions (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc) is a plus.
• Working experience of more than 1 year in a related field would be an advantage.
• Must be able to work autonomously bound by tight deadlines
