Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Web Graphic Designer responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-level visual communications across digital, print, and social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design strategy, branding, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to independently manage creative projects from concept to final delivery.
The ideal candidate has strong technical design skills, experience producing complex layouts and motion graphics, and the ability to create visually compelling assets aligned with long-term brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development
- Develop original creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions that support brand and marketing goals
- Create visually engaging assets that communicate messages effectively across multiple channels
Graphic Design and Production
- Design assets for web, mobile, email, social media, and print platforms
- Create cohesive visual materials for both digital and large-format applications
- Produce advanced layouts, photo manipulations, vector illustrations, and presentation materials
- Ensure all creative files are production-ready for digital and print outputs
Project Management and Collaboration
- Lead design projects from ideation through final delivery while managing timelines and priorities
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to execute creative requirements
- Present design concepts and explain creative rationale to stakeholders when required
- Support project goals while balancing multiple assignments and deadlines
Brand Management and Quality Assurance
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand style guides and design systems
- Ensure consistency in typography, layout, color usage, and overall visual direction across projects
- Maintain organized, scalable, and non-destructive working files
- Support team-wide quality standards and creative best practices
Motion Graphics and Creative Support
- Support motion graphics and video-related design requirements using After Effects or Premiere Pro when needed
- Create simple animations, visual effects, and motion assets that enhance digital content
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to Junior Designers to support team development
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional graphic or web design experience in an agency, corporate, or creative environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Required hands-on experience using Figma
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout hierarchy, and digital and print production requirements
- Experience creating assets for websites, social media, digital marketing, and print campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file management practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
