In its return to the same venue that hosted the company’s previous year-end party, the team gave the space a new atmosphere: a breath of fresh air after a full year of hard work. With the theme “Rock The Night Away,” employees fully embraced the concept, arriving dressed as the true rock stars that they are for the evening.
The venue was transformed into a concert-inspired space, complete with red-carpet style backdrops where Philippine offshore teams posed for photos that made everyone feel like they are part of a real rock lineup. The photo booth also became one of the evening’s highlights, drawing long lines as KDCI’s outsourced teams from the Philippines gathered to preserve a night of lifelong memories.

Then came the fun kickoff! KDCI leaders Raymond Jamin and Tony Layug welcomed the team with heartfelt messages of gratitude, who both took time to thank the team for their continued hard work and dedication throughout the year.
“It’s one of those things that we only do once a year — where we actually get to spend our time, spend some quality time together, and see people face to face. Hopefully, apart from all the games and prizes, you finally met in person the people you’ve been working with over the past year,” says KDCI President Raymond Jamin, emphasizing the crucial role of connections as virtual team members gather for a night of fun and games.
KDCI CEO Tony Layug acknowledged all the great milestones that KDCI is celebrating this year, from the individual strength of our outsourced talent from the Philippines, to the overall growth of the company:
“Each and every single one of you really embodies KDCI: Knowledge, Dedication, Commitment, and Integrity. Our business is growing about 40% organically because of all your hard work. I know it’s been a challenge working remotely, but you guys really stood through it — and it shows with our clients,” he said in his opening remarks.
The Rock The Night Away program featured a fun mix of group and individual games that encouraged participation, friendly competition, and plenty of laughter from our remote teams. Of all the games and activities organized by the KDCI HR Team, the crowd favorites were the Reverse Trip To Jerusalem, Guess The Lyrics, Stop Dance With A Twist, Song Association, and Trivia Question. Every themed activity brought cheers and spontaneous moments that kept the team energy high throughout the night.
One of the most anticipated portions of the evening — aside from sumptuous dinner — was the raffle draw. Each spin of the roulette wheel was met with excitement and nervous anticipation as employees waited to see who would be the next lucky winner.
The Best Dressed segment also stood out, rewarding employees who went all out with their rock-inspired outfits. A mini runway and cheer battle made the competition lively, as standout rock stars of the night were celebrated and awarded.

Fun and games aside, many employees see the Year End Party as a meaningful opportunity to connect with the team.
“The best part of the Year End Party was seeing everyone come together again. With most of us working remotely and our office schedules not always aligning, it was really nice to reconnect and see familiar faces in person. Being together outside of our usual work setting, laughing and celebrating, made the night enjoyable,” says Rachelle Joy Santos, Partnership Specialist at KDCI.
The celebration concluded with live music from guest bands, good drinks, and great company — ending the night with an energy that truly lived up to the theme.
“Getting to jam with the band was incredible. Everyone was just feeling it and completely present in the moment. You forget everything else. The whole room was vibing together with this energy you don't get in regular work settings. I think moments like this do more than just give us a break from work. When you're jamming with people you usually only see in meetings, you see different sides of them, and that shifts something. We communicate better afterward. We collaborate more easily. There's genuine trust that builds when you've shared something real together. People bring more energy and creativity when they feel connected to their team. That's what makes a company excellent. Not just the work we produce, but how we support each other while doing it,” shares Mary Jane Soliman, Social Media Manager at KDCI.

As employees danced, sang along, and shared conversations, the KDCI Year End Party served as a reminder of the strong culture and connections that continue to drive KDCI forward, even and especially as teams serve our cherished clients remotely.
As we move into the new year, we are emboldened by this positive and energized tone we’ve set, one built not only on achievements, but on shared experiences and genuine teamwork.
