Choosing between BPO companies in the Philippines is hard because the label covers very different kinds of work. A large call center firm and a small offshore staffing team are both called BPOs, but they suit different jobs.

This guide groups six providers by service type, so you can match a company to the work you plan to hand over. KDCI wrote this guide and is one of the six. Companies are listed alphabetically inside each group. This is not a ranking.

How we picked these companies

We kept only companies that meet all four rules:

  • They have offices or delivery centers in the Philippines.
  • They have at least 10 years in business.
  • They publish checkable facts on their founding year, headquarters and size.
  • They have a clear service focus we can name in a few words.

We grouped companies by what they do best instead of ranking them. Inside each group the order is alphabetical. KDCI follows the same rules and appears only in the group that matches how it works.

Facts come from each company's own website, its filings or a named news report, checked on October 23, 2026. We write "not found" when a fact has no public source.

Offshore staffing companies in the Philippines

We list this group second because it fits companies that want named, full-time people they direct. New to the model? Here is how offshore staffing works.

KDCI (Key Discovery Consulting Inc.)

  • Best for: Dedicated teams you direct

Which group fits the work you plan to hand over

Match the group to the work and to how much you want to manage.

  • Customer support: A managed provider suits high call volume. Dedicated customer support teams suit smaller queues you want to direct.
  • Web development: Staffing providers give you named developers on your own tools. See KDCI's web development teams.
  • Graphic design: Design work usually needs the same people each month, so staffing or a creative services retainer fits.
  • E-commerce: Order support, product content and design often sit together. See retail and e-commerce teams.

How to choose a BPO company in the Philippines

Ask the same questions of every provider on your shortlist.

  • Match the provider type to the work. Phone support, written support, design and development need different skills.
  • Ask who will do the work, and whether the same people stay on your account.
  • Ask how coverage will fit your hours, including holidays and absences.
  • Ask which security controls and certifications the provider can document, and ask to see them.
  • Ask what the rate covers and what is billed separately.
  • Ask to speak with a current client about the work you plan to hand over.

BPO or offshore staffing: which fits your work?

A traditional BPO usually sells an outcome or a volume of work, and its staff work behind its own process. With offshore staffing, you get named, full-time people who work inside your team, under your direction.

If the work is a steady stream of tasks you want handled, a BPO can fit. If you want to choose the people and direct their daily work, offshore staffing fits better. The Employer of Record model sits between the two: the provider employs the staff legally, and you direct the work.

Which is the best BPO company in the Philippines?

There is no single best one, because it depends on the work. Large customer support programs usually suit a managed provider, while teams that want to direct their own people usually suit offshore staffing.

How were these BPO companies chosen?

Each company has Philippine offices, at least 10 years in business, public facts on its history and size, and a clear service focus. They are grouped by what they do best and listed alphabetically, not ranked.

What is the biggest BPO company in the Philippines?

Among the six companies in this guide, Concentrix has the largest Philippine workforce, at about 110,000 workers in September 2025 according to Malaya Business Insight.

How is a BPO different from offshore staffing?

A traditional BPO runs the work behind its own process. Offshore staffing gives you named, full-time people who work inside your team under your direction.
