Sales Administrators

We are engaged mostly with US and European clients, and are involved in various cutting-edge e-commerce projects. We’re building a new team and we need Sales Administrators to complete it.   • Communicate all details regarding fulfillment of sales orders, including status inquiries and tracking details to sales team

  • Obtain all documents needed for sales order processing from sales reps in a timely manner

  • Setup customer details in Great Plains, including payment term and tax-exempt setup requests

  • Allocate equipment to pending orders, according to SOP

  • Communicate with collections team in regard to customer account balance issues

  • Communicate with operations and purchasing team in regards to backordered items on pending sales orders

  • Act as primary back-up for accounting personnel during month-end closing process

  • Suggest and help implement improvements to current sales order fulfillment processes and/or controls, including automation and streamlining of existing functions

  • Prepare and/or update the daily sales report

  • Participate in year-end audit, weekly and monthly reports for management

  • Scanning all backup in GP and attaching to SO (and PO for lease transactions)

  • Transferring orders to accounting once shipped

  • Working with partner/distributor on any missing or broken equipment including RMA’s

  • Working with accounting on any vendor invoices received that don’t match our PO


  • Degree in Accounting or any related field

  • Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access

  • Moderate proficiently with Microsoft Great Plains

  • Experience with is preferred

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of continuous sales or sales operations experience

  • A background in leasing or other finance industry is a plus

  • Must have problem solving and decision-making abilities, ability to prioritize projects and strong sense of urgency

  • Must be highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and an attitude of willingness

  • Must be team player willing to assist others at all levels of the organization

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team

  • Willing to work in night shift

  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
