KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are engaged mostly with US and European clients, and are involved in various cutting-edge e-commerce projects. We need inbound customer service representatives to join our team of Contact Solutions specialists.
Project the company image by providing excellent customer service
Deliver customer service through phone (both inbound)
Act as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries, taking in product orders and handling consumer complaints
Provide customers with accurate product information and even make sales in certain situations
Responsible for providing technical support, consultation and on-site/remote diagnostics on products/systems including troubleshooting, problem analysis and solutions.
Successfully works to identify workarounds, reduce product problem resolution time, and support efforts to develop training and troubleshooting resources
Enjoys customer interaction and take the extra mile to engage customers
Must be able to provide an excellent phone support to clients
Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage
At least a year relevant experience in Customer Service
Has an excellent phone disposition, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in e-Commerce, Online Retail and/or Catalog Retailer service experience is an advantage but not required
